In this project, I played a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for healthcare professionals using the Digital Vaccination Coverage Monitoring (DIM) application. My responsibilities primarily revolved around the development and restructuring of a comprehensive manual for the DIM installation process. The objective was to create an intuitive guide that simplifies the setup and utilization of the DIM app, specifically designed for healthcare providers for efficient data collection of vaccinated individuals.
